CENTENNIAL HERITAGE PARK

Centennial Heritage Park is located east of Glendora Avenue at the end of Mauna Loa. The site was constructed to depict a late 19th-century to early 20th-century citrus ranch and features the Hamilton House, the Orton Englehart workshop, a working print shop, and numerous antique farm implements. The park is open to the public on the second Saturday of each month from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and on the second Sunday of each month from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

DAWSON AVENUE PARK

GLENDORA SKATE PARK at FINKBINER PARK
With skateboarding's surge in popularity comes an unprecedented push for places to pop Ollies, grind rails, and practice kick-flips. One of the places to practice such tricks is at the Glendora Skate Park, located at Finkbiner Park and available for skaters of all ages. This modern, FREE skate park is open during the school year Monday-Friday from 3:00 p.m. until dusk and Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to dusk. During the summer, the skate park is open Sunday-Saturday 10:00am - dusk.
SKATE PARK RULES & REGULATIONS
- All users are required to wear the appropriate safety gear, including a helmet, knee pads, and elbow pads.
- No use of alcoholic beverages or tobacco products.
- No graffiti, stickers, or littering.
- Bicycles and scooters are not allowed in the skate park.
- Skating around the park is prohibited.
- Skating is a hazardous activity; skate at your own risk.
The Glendora Police Department strictly enforces these safety requirements. Those who do not abide by these rules will be cited per City of Glendora Municipal Code Section 10.17.060.

Louie Pompei Memorial Sports Park is located at the end of Valley Center, one block north of Gladstone Avenue. The park's operating hours are 8:00 a.m.- dusk seven days a week.

DOG PARK REGULATIONS
- The Dog Park is open from sunrise to sunset.
- Dogs are to be kept on a leash (not exceeding 6feet) when outside the Dog Park fenced areas. Do not have your dog unleashed between your vehicle and the gated entrance.
- Leash and unleash your dog inside the double-gated holding areas, not inside the Dog Park. Do not open the outside gate if the inside gate is open. BE PATIENT!
- Use of the dog park is a voluntary activity. Users assume the risk of personal injury or property damage associated with the use of the Dog Park.
- No animals other than dogs permitted.
- No toddlers or small children 6 years and younger are allowed in the Dog Park. Children under 12 are not allowed in the Dog Park without adult supervision. Children should not run with the dogs or chase them.
- OWNERS MUST CLEAN UP AFTER THEIR DOGS.
- Aggressive dogs are not allowed in the Dog Park. Dogs exhibiting aggressive behavior are to be IMMEDIATELY removed from the park. An aggressive dog is defined as any dog that is determined by the CITY to pose a threat to dogs or people by virtue of a single incident or history of unprovoked acts of aggression on or against people or animals. The CITY reserves the right to prohibit any type or breed of dog from entering the Dog Park.
- Dogs must display current license and must be properly inoculated, healthy (no contagious conditions), and parasite-free. In the event of a dog bite or injury, the owner/guardian must exchange current tag information and phone number.
- Female dogs in any stage of heat are not permitted in the Dog Park.
- Spaying and neutering of dogs is required.
- No puppies under 5 months of age are allowed in the Dog Park. Puppies are not fully vaccinated and are vulnerable to disease and injury.
- Three dogs per dog owner is the maximum allowed inside the Dog Park.
- No rawhide or food of any kind is allowed inside the Dog Park, including people food.
- Smoking and alcohol are prohibited in all city parks, including the dog park area.
- Use of the Dog Park for unintended use is prohibited.
- No commercial use of the Dog Park is allowed, including dog training classes, solicitations and/or advertisements. Commercial filming is allowed only through a permit issued by the City of Glendora.
- Owners must supervise their dogs closely, and cannot leave the park without their dog(s).
- When leaving the park, please remove all personal items or they will be discarded.
- Do not bring strollers, carriages, baby carriers, bicycles, skateboards, scooters, children’s toys, or dog toys into the park.
- The Dog Park will be closed periodically through the year for extensive maintenance.
- South Hills Park is located at the base of South Hills Wilderness Area; dog owners using this area do so at their own risk.
- If entering South Hills Wilderness Area, you must stay on the marked trails, keep your dog on a leash (not exceeding 6 feet) and remember to pick up after your dog.
