In an effort to assist property owners after hours with enforcing trespassing laws, the following form is being provided for your use. Property owners and/or property representatives are still required to sign a Private Persons arrest form and follow through with the prosecution/court process in all incidents. Glendora Police Officers may only take enforcement action after a trespassing subject has been properly warned by the property owner and/or property representative. If a trespassing subject is found on your property after being properly warned and you are off-site or your property location is closed, Glendora Police Officers can utilize this Trespassing Letter in your absence to take enforcement action.
