The City of Glendora invites all interested parties to attend public hearing and express their views.  Should you be unable to attend a public hearing, comments must be made in writing and delivered prior to the scheduled hearing date.  Related documents are on file for public inspection and copying, for the cost of duplication during normal business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, exclusive of holidays.

PLEASE NOTE:  If you challenge any of the proposed action(s) in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing, or in written correspondence delivered at, or prior to, the public hearing.

REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Glendora, County of Los Angeles, California (hereinafter "City") will receive Proposals ONLY via the online electronic bid service, www.questcdn.com, until 10:00 a.m. on the Thursday, 5th day of December 2024 for:

Professional Engineering Services for
Preparation of the Water upgrades and 
Street Improvements in the Cypress Street Area

NO PROPOSALS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS DATE AND TIME! 

No oral, facsimile or telephonic PROPOSALS will be considered.

Each Proposal must conform and be responsive to all requirements set forth in the RFP.  Consultants will need to register with the provider of this service, Quest Construction Data Network. RFP documents can be downloaded electronically for no cost by providing Quest CDN Project Number 9397259 on the Request Search Page on the Quest website www.questcdn.com.  You can contact QuestCDN at 952-233-1632 or info@questcdn.com for assistance in membership registration and downloading this digital project information. Any questions regarding the RFP should be submitted utilizing QuestCDN’s Q&A section.

The City of Glendora reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities in any proposal and select the one that best meets the City’s needs.
