The City of Glendora invites all interested parties to attend public hearing and express their views. Should you be unable to attend a public hearing, comments must be made in writing and delivered prior to the scheduled hearing date. Related documents are on file for public inspection and copying, for the cost of duplication during normal business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, exclusive of holidays.
PLEASE NOTE: If you challenge any of the proposed action(s) in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing, or in written correspondence delivered at, or prior to, the public hearing.

NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE EVALUATION REPORT (CAPER) REVIEW PERIOD
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Fiscal Year 2017-2018 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program will be available for a 15 day public review period beginning September 10, 2018 and ending September 24, 2018. The CAPER, along with comments from the public review, will be considered by City Council on September 25, 2018.PUBLIC REVIEW AND COMMENT PERIOD
All interested persons are invited to review and comment on the City’s proposed Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) for Fiscal Year 2017-2018.
Comments must be made in writing and delivered to the Planning Department. Related documents are on file for public inspection in the Planning Department and Office of the City Clerk, 116 E. Foothill Boulevard Glendora, California, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday exclusive of holidays. City staff can be contacted at (626) 914-8278.
Further information on the Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) for Fiscal Year 2017-2018, related Five-Year Consolidated Plan and Annual Action Plan may be obtained or viewed on the City’s website www.ci.glendora.ca.us and/or at the following locations commencing September 10, 2018 and ending September 24, 2018:
