The City of Glendora invites all interested parties to attend public hearing and express their views.  Should you be unable to attend a public hearing, comments must be made in writing and delivered prior to the scheduled hearing date.  Related documents are on file for public inspection and copying, for the cost of duplication during normal business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, exclusive of holidays.

PLEASE NOTE:  If you challenge any of the proposed action(s) in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing, or in written correspondence delivered at, or prior to, the public hearing.

OF A SPECIAL MEETING

of the

CITY COUNCIL

TO THE MEMBERS OF THE CITY COUNCILOF THE CITY OF GLENDORA AND TO THE CITY CLERK:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council will conduct a Special Meeting at 5:00 PM on Tuesday, May 8, 2018, in City Hall Council Chamber, 116 E. Foothill Boulevard, Glendora, CA.

The purpose of said special meeting is as follows:

CLOSED SESSION

1.

CLOSED SESSION– CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS (pursuant to Government Code §54956.8)

Properties: 501 W. Alosta Avenue (APN: 8639-027-900), 501 W. Route 66 (APN: 8639-027-901), and 532 Parker Drive (APN: 8639-027-902)
Agency Negotiators: Assistant Executive Director Jeff Kugel, Executive Director Chris Jeffers and other representatives as designated
