Join Ranger Danny Ortiz for a program on the Tule Lake Relocation Center, one of ten camps established by the War Relocation Authority during World War Two. This camp was then transformed into a segregation center to house people of Japanese ancestry who did not answer "Yes-Yes" to the so-called "loyalty questionnaire." Ranger Ortiz will guide you in exploring this dark chapter of American history. This event is presented in partnership with the California State Library and National Parks Service.
