You are invited to participate in a joint meeting of the City Council and Planning Commission to review the City of Glendora’s General Plan Housing Element Update. Your perspective is very important, as this public meeting will cover ideas for new programs to incentivize housing development.

Topics Include: removing zoning code constraints on housing development, regulatory incentives such as density bonuses, and programs to assist in the development of affordable income housing.
