Battle of the Books, Glendora Public Library's annual intellectual slugfest between teams of 6th-12th graders, returns September 30.
What: Teams of three read three books and memorize as many facts as possible. Then they stand and deliver in front of an audience, until one team of book trivia champions is crowned.
When: Thursday evening, September 30, 6 pm. The audience will be limited to two guests from each Battle team member.
Where: Glendora Public Library's Bidwell Forum (upstairs)
