Building Worx, Inc. has built a reputation on being a leader in building high-end custom homes and commercial buildings. Partners Robert Artura and Ryan Zivelonghi started the firm when they realized there was a need for a high quality, professionally managed, cost-efficient residential and commercial construction management company. This is our vision for Building Worx.
Many years later, Building Worx has become the principle of luxury custom homes and commercial buildings. Both of Building Worx Partners are hailed for their interpersonal skills, their work with a wide variety of clients, and the pride they take in the projects they build. They are well recognized for their foresight and follow through, ensuring that even the smallest details are effectively handled.
The partners oversee roughly fifteen projects yearly with our full time on-site project supervisors. With offices in Los Angeles, The Inland Empire and Orange County, Building Worx serves as the leader in the luxury market for Southern California. Building Worx's portfolio includes a large number of renovations, custom homes, condominiums and office buildings. By developing a highly sophisticated project management system and formulating a sound business plan, Building Worx has continually maintained a steady growth rate.
Many builders will tell you that they are passionate and can deliver quality workmanship. At Building Worx, we do the same, but we also live our passion with pride and creativity. It is the hallmark of our work and, combined with a sense of scale, detail and elegance, a "Wow Factor" is instilled into each of our landmark projects. We invite you to tour our photo galleries from the most important audience—our clients. Day by day, step by step, we are honored to dream with them, plan with them and build with them. Together, we create homes that are true works of art, that meet every need and desire, and that our customers can spend a lifetime enjoying. Passion shines through in our results, and this is what sets us apart from other builders.
